Base pay range $20,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Appraiser located in Lakewood, OH. The Trainee Appraiser will assist with property appraisals, data collection, and analysis. Responsibilities will include conducting field inspections, measuring properties, taking photographs, and preparing appraisal reports. The role also involves reviewing property records, verifying data accuracy, and assisting senior appraisers with various tasks as needed.
