Senior TA/ Recruiting Manager

Direct Hire- 130-150k

Overview:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• Standardize and implement best-in-class recruiting processes while optimizing the ATS.
• Oversee performance management for direct reports: hiring, training, reviews, promotions, disciplinary actions, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Champion initiatives to strengthen our client's role in advancing STEM workforce and pipeline opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using internal/external sources, online platforms, and professional networks.
• Partner with divisions to understand workforce needs, create hiring plans, and guide managers on sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
• Develop recruitment metrics to track team performance (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire, acceptance rates).
• Report on applicant flow, costs, and effectiveness of recruiting, hiring, and job posting sites.
• Prepare RFPs to secure best pricing and services for Talent Acquisition and manage contract renewals.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting management experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and hiring strategies.
• Experience leading a TA team
• Ability to collaborate and advise across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in ATS and HR platforms
• Skilled in cloud-based enterprise systems (Workday, applicant tracking, background check, I-9).
