What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments; develop care plans for residents with complex medical needs.
• Oversee medication management, including evaluation, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and case managers.
• Provide clinical supervision to Program Nurse LPNs; support and train Rehab Techs as needed.
• Monitor treatment procedures, protocols, and care delivery to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Document medical interventions and resident health status in electronic records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Respond to emergency and crisis situations using approved protocols.
• Lead infection control procedures and promote safe residential practices.
• Assist with orientation, training modules, and skills assessments.
• Support resident satisfaction and the mission of Hope Network through high-quality, compassionate care.

Work Schedule

• On site 32+ hours per week
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• One-year previous experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
