More about our team

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Cardiopulmonary Rehab program. This program specializes in Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab, and Supervised Exercise Therapy for PAD patients. Open 6:30am-3pm Monday - Friday. Registered Nurses perform intake/discharge assessments, 6-minute walk testing, bike exercise testing, and phase II exercise classes. This role offers the opportunity to work in a unit focused on high patient care through teamwork, autonomy and continuous process improvement.

How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

· Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs

· Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions

· Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient

· Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record

· Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
· Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
· ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
· One year of experience preferred
· ASLS certification preferred
