Accountabilities

• Transform business questions into clear analytical problems and build scalable frameworks.
• Define key metrics and track performance in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
• Design KPI frameworks and reporting systems aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure accuracy and documentation of datasets as a data product steward.
• Optimize and automate data processes for efficiency and accessibility.
• Deliver complete analytics workflows that empower decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field in a high-growth tech environment.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on building scalable solutions.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with various teams to define business metrics.
• Strong experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytical modeling and storytelling.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to various audiences.
• Strong ownership and proactive approach to enhancing data practices.
