Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a licensed School Psychologist to join our team and support students across West Virginia in a fully remote capacity. This position focuses on conducting evaluations, writing reports, offering recommendations, and providing consultation and related services to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
As part of our virtual school community, youll play a key role in ensuring students receive high-quality psychological services while working collaboratively with educators, families, and administrators.
Key ResponsibilitiesComplete psychoeducational assessments within required timelines and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
Lead evaluation and eligibility meetings, sharing results and recommendations with school teams and families.
Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs, accommodations, and interventions.
Stay current with state and federal requirements related to special education and eligibility criteria.
Collaborate with school staff on intervention plans and participate in IEP team processes.
Contribute to professional development for staff and parents on topics related to student mental health and learning.
Participate in committees, projects, or initiatives that support schoolwide goals.
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology (required).
Active West Virginia School Psychologist license/certification.
Previous school-based experience as a School Psychologist.
Strong assessment, reporting, and consultation skills.
Ability to work independently in a professional remote setting.
Must pass required background checks.
Experience delivering services in a virtual or hybrid environment.
Knowledge of current best practices in assessment, intervention, and consultation.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
