About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician, Resort Services Plumber to join our team in the Maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the resort's plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment. The role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Technician, Resort Services Plumber will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests and staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program
• Journeyman Plumber certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a resort or hospitality environment
• Experience with pool and spa plumbing systems
• Experience with water treatment systems

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and equipment throughout the resort
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, and develop effective solutions
• Collaborate with other members of the Maintenance team to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

The successful candidate will use their technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of the resort's plumbing systems. They will work closely with other members of the Maintenance team to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and develop effective solutions. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. The Technician, Resort Services Plumber will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed, and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
