Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations across Front- and Back-of-House
- Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards are met
- Manage budgets, labor, and full P&L accountability
- Recruit, train, and develop team members for long-term success
- Foster a positive culture centered on hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a high-volume casual or family-style restaurant
- Demonstrated leadership of 15+ team members
- Strong communication, coaching, and operational skills
- Stable employment history
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
