We are looking for a Restaurant Server to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to ensure residents are satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables following Experience Senior Living standards.
• Serve beverages and meals to residents and guests in a timely manner.
• Review daily menus with residents and assist with meal selections.
• Deliver accurate meal orders and respond to special requests as needed.
• Clear used or soiled dishes and utensils from dining areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines and uphold Quality Enhancement standards.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and themed dining experiences.
• Acquaint new residents with menus, seating options, and dining etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment containers.
• Share feedback from residents regarding food preferences with the Director of Culinary Services for menu improvements.
• Encourage teamwork and a collaborative environment among all staff members.
• Participate in pre-meal meetings with dining and kitchen staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Aptitude for resolving customer issues and complaints.

Compensation: $11.79/hr + tips
