Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a unit that best fits their needs
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of strategies and practices.
• Perform assembly, relocation, and minor repairs on trailers as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Maintain accurate and up to date reports.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information.
• Provide product knowledgeable, recommendations and support to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor.
• Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• At least one year related experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Tech savvy - We work with state of the art DMS, CRM, and Project Management tools.
• Ability to work on-site with a motivated team.
• Availability on weekends
