\n Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day (25 hours per week)
\n Pay: $70/hr
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide behavioral support within a K–8 Autism Program, focusing on promoting positive student outcomes through classroom collaboration, staff training, and implementation of behavioral strategies. This is a part-time role providing supplemental behavioral support to the district’s existing full-time behaviorist.
\n\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\nCollaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support students within classroom environments.
\n\t\n\tConduct and assist with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop corresponding Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) .
\n\t\n\tProvide direct and indirect behavior analytic services to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs.
\n\t\n\tOffer modeling, coaching, and training to staff on behavioral strategies and classroom management.
\n\t\n\tMonitor, collect, and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and adjust plans as needed.
\n\t\n\tSupport district initiatives and participate in team meetings as required.
\n\t\n\tMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with school district and state standards.
\n\t\nProgram serves approximately 48 students across multiple classrooms.
\n\t\n\tNo fixed caseload — BCBA will rotate between classrooms based on needs and priorities determined by the onsite team.
\n\t\nCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
\n\t\n\tMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
\n\t\n\tPrior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
\n\t\n\tStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
\n\t\n\tAbility to adapt and work flexibly across multiple classrooms and grade levels.
