Seasonal Warehouse Associate Job Description: Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Part Time/Non-Exempt
Reports To: Warehouse Managers/Leads
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Season: November 1st- February 1st, 2025

Position Summary: The Warehouse Team Members are an integral part of our company's success and perform an array of functions. These may include, but are not limited to, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, as well as
locating and organizing inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to:
- Receive and track shipments.
- Unload and process shipments for accurate receiving records.
- Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools.
- Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.
- Tag and label merchandise.
- Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
- Record and manage all impaired, damaged, or missing merchandise items.
- Operate adequate merchandise management tools (e.g., forklift/order picker).
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
- Pick and locate products accurately to fulfill orders.
- Provide quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
- Promote a clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Complete reports by entering required information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform and maintain cleaning duties as necessary.
- Duties As Assigned
Requirements: - Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for 2 years.
- Valid Driver's License. preferred.
- "Good Standing" driving record preferred.
- Forklift Operation Certification/Order Picker is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software programs is preferred.
- Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Mathematical skills.
- Computer skills: Office, Excel, and basic data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
