Creative Security Company - San Francisco, CA 94158 Security Specialists are highly skilled and dedicated. They are responsible for managing relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services, and physical security operations support for the SF offices. The role involves implementing security protocols, maintaining satisfaction through effective communication, and service delivery. This role requires proactive individuals with strong leadership qualities and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure. Full-Time Shifts available at $35/hour: Shift 1: Thursday - Sunday (0700 - 1530) (32 hours) Shift 2: Saturday - Wednesday (0700 - 1530) Part-Time Shifts available at $40/hour: Shift 3: Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3pm Shift 4: Saturday and Sunday 3pm to 11pm Shift 5: Saturday and Sunday 11pm to 7am If none of these can work with your schedule, we do have flex which can be converted to full time when a positions opens up. As a flex officer, you are on call, hours vary every week. You may get an hour notice to come in for work. Rejecting 3 shifts based on your availability could lead to possible termination. Weekends are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Security Monitoring and Access Control: Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarms, to detect and prevent unauthorized access. Manage access to the company's offices by verifying the identity of individuals, issuing visitor badges and ensuring compliance with access control policies. Monitor and enforce compliance with security procedures, including the use of ID badges and adherence to visitor protocols. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, understanding their security needs and requirements. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Maintain appropriate levels of professionalism and discretion when interacting with high-profile guests and events. Address and resolve any security-related issues or concerns promptly. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding security procedures. Maintain a high level of visibility and approachability within the office. Operational Management: Implement and enforce Corporate Security's security protocols and procedures. Conduct site assessments and recommend security improvements. Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring appropriate documentation and reporting. Reporting and Documentation: Document all incidents that occur at the site in a timely and professional manner. Provide clear lines of communication and transparence with the Corporate Security team and global security operations center for security related issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all security activities and employee interactions. Incident Response: Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms through the global security operations center. Assist with investigations and follow-up on security breaches or incidents. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks to clients and the company. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience in high-touch customer service, security supervision, law enforcement, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in building and cultivating strong relationships. Knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure. Proficiency in using security management software and tools. Experience with g-suite, slack, and other enterprise communication tools. Active Guard Card Stand and/or Walk up to 8 hours a day No visible tattoos Supplementary/Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) Work Environment: This position requires working outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
