Job Description

Overview:

This role provides direct quantitative and qualitative support to senior finance leadership and other executives. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person requirements in the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive three-statement financial forecast model for annual budgeting and long-term planning.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on business partners, including credit and portfolio evaluations, pricing, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership and board-level audiences.
• Assist with credit facility negotiations and manage lender relationships.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analyses for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Accounting and IT teams to design and implement reports highlighting key business metrics.
• Support strategic and corporate development initiatives, including M&A and investor-related transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related analytical field with strong academic performance.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or 2-3 years as an Investment Banker within investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, valuation, or similar environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of finance and GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with three-statement financial modeling and interdependencies.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• SQL or BI tool experience preferred.
