Typical Day in the Life
As a Senior NetSuite Consultant, your day may include:

Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate complex business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions and recommend best-practice approaches.
• Configure dashboards, workflows, forms, saved searches, and reports to meet client needs.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, training sessions, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data preparation, migration planning, mapping, and validation.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, follow methodology, and align with agreed scope.
• Serve as the primary functional advisor for assigned clients, guiding decision-making and solution direction.
• Identify risks and issues early and work with internal and client stakeholders to resolve them.

Leadership & People Management

• Mentor and coach team members on functional design, configuration standards, documentation quality, and client management.
• Lead workstreams or small project teams, managing task delegation, prioritization, and accountability.
• Offer structured feedback to support skill growth and performance improvement for team members involved in your projects.
• Act as a functional escalation point for team members and clients during delivery.
• Contribute to improving internal delivery methodology, templates, and best practices.

Who You Are

• You have successfully led various end-to-end NetSuite implementations .
• You bring strong accounting knowledge or manufacturing workflow expertise .
• You have an advanced understanding of ERP/CRM systems and experience implementing ERP/Accounting software.
• You possess strong knowledge of business financials , with proven project management and documentation skills.
• You have experienced in working directly with NetSuite users , gathering requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
• You are client-focused, with a passion for customer service and improving client satisfaction.

You have expertise in several of the following areas:

• ERP & Financials
• Data & Reporting
• Accounting & Order Processing
• Inventory Management & Manufacturing
• E-Commerce Integrations & WMS
• CRM & Data Analysis

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with Advanced PDF.
• Business Process Improvement experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration applications (e.g., Celigo).
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation and/or Administrator certifications.
