This project aims to understand volunteer management of disaster relief nonprofit organizations. Students are expected to finish the following tasks:

• Collect necessary information for volunteer managers and make phone calls as needed.
• Clean and organize interview transcripts.
• Meet regularly with the supervisor to report on the progress of research activities.
• Assist with other research-related tasks as needed.

• Work hours and schedule may vary each week, but the student is expected to work 10 hours per week and meet with the supervisor on a weekly basis.
• Students should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, show patience when review interview transcripts, and consistently dedicate effort to the project within the set timeframe.
