Teammate Listening Analyst

The Teammate Listening Analyst is an entry-level program management role supporting the operations of our enterprise-wide listening program. This role plays a critical part in turning teammate feedback into action by managing survey processes, ensuring data quality, supporting reporting needs, and creating tools and resources for HR and business leaders. This role helps scale our listening capabilities and allows the Teammate Listening Lead to focus on strategic work that maximizes business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination Survey Operations: Support end-to-end coordination of teammate survey cycles, including scheduling, testing, launch, and closeout.
  • Maintain project plans and timelines; run QA checklists to ensure accurate data collection;
  • troubleshoot platform or access issues; and partner with internal teams (e.g., HRIS, IT, Legal, Comms) and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • User Management & Access: Onboard new users (e.g., HRBPs, leaders) into the survey platform, manage permissions and role-based access, maintain user hierarchies, and process access requests. Ensure a clean and secure user experience aligned to data privacy protocols.
  • Reporting & Insights Support: Maintain standard dashboards and recurring reporting (e.g., response rates, heatmaps, trends). Support scoped ad hoc analysis and prepare visuals and summaries for the Teammate Listening Lead and HR partners.
  • Content & Resource Development: Create and maintain toolkits, templates, and training resources that support feedback interpretation, results sharing, and action planning.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to align messaging and formatting.
  • Benchmark Submissions & Historical Data Management: Prepare and submit external benchmarking datasets (e.g., Mayflower).
  • Maintain clean and accurate databases of historical survey data, perform data restamping as needed, and run audits to identify and correct discrepancies or store misuse.
