Role

Test Manager with ETL Testing and Snowflake
Location: Boston, MA (Remote)

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in testing
• Must have hands on experience in data testing and API testing
• Should have expertise in ETL testing, Snowflake & Power BI dashboard testing
• Strong knowledge in SQL
• Should have excellent project/program management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Should be proficient in test management tools
• Should have knowledge in test automation and data testing tools

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals are clearly defined and achievable.
• Author Data Test strategies
• Estimate the testing effort for the scope of work and identify the resourcing needs
• Facilitate UAT, Analyze & track the UAT defects to closure
• Facilitate the defect triage meetings
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Should have experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 08/11/2025
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
