Job Description

This position is for a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients during the night shift. A minimum of 48 hours of guaranteed work is expected.

General Information

• Facility Location: Asheville, NC


• Orientation: 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the unit.


• Scrub Colors:
  
  
  
  • RNs: All navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white
  
  
  • CNAs: All galaxy blue (similar to royal blue) - not Navy
  
  
  • Sitters (without a CNA certificate): All purple
  
  
  • RTs: Medium gray/Pewter
  
  
  • LPNs: Sage Green
  
  


• Tobacco Policy: The use of tobacco products is prohibited on all properties, including personal vehicles.

Kronos Instructions

For clocking in and out, follow these instructions:

• Dial 533 from an authorized phone to access Kronos.


• Record your name as prompted during your first connection.


• Clock in with a 1 and clock out with a 9 , or use appropriate codes for charge, productive time, orientation, etc.
