First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Medford, Oregon.

Floating Requirement:
Will be required to float as needed across ICU, IMCU, and CVICU units.
General Job Duties / Procedures:
The RN is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for their practice and for assigned patients. Using the nursing process, the RN delivers exceptional, compassionate care, demonstrates a commitment to excellence, and actively supports process improvement. The role includes working in all Critical Care units with floating throughout the hospital as needed.
Minimum 2 years of critical care experience , including:
Primary float to: ICU, IMCU, CVICU, ED
Secondary float to: Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Post-Surgical, Ortho/Neuro, BHU
Per RN Union Contract, travelers float before regular staff . Travelers may float to any floor; if floated to Med-Surg, they may serve as a resource nurse with a reduced assignment.
6. Unit DetailsEach shift also includes CNA/US support, MT, an unencumbered charge RN, and Break RNs as staffing allows.
