Job Details

• Registered Nurse position specializing in Oncology.
• Work every other weekend, no call required.

Job Requirements

• Must have current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
• Completion of FACIS Questionnaire if any disciplinary actions exist.
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
• Completion of Ascension Color Vision test prior to start and updated every 3 years.
• Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA topics within a year of start, updated yearly with minimum 80% score.
• Completion of Ascension EKG Exam with passing score prior to start.
• Completion of Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation.
• Completion of Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding.
• Completion of Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to clearance.
• MOAB Moderate Risk De-Escalation Training required.
• Completion of Ascension Cerner Test-Out.
• Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, Health Statement, and 2 Step PPD or IGRA.
• Valid Driver's License or State ID required.
• Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist annually for specialty.
• Completion of 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and updated annually.
• Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start.
• Provision of Ascension Confirmation of Assignment upon initial assignment and updates upon extension.
• Third-party employment verification for past seven years, updated annually.
