Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences that balance business goals with user needs. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions that directly impact millions of users.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design end-to-end experiences from flows and wireframes to prototypes.
• Partner with product managers to solve complex challenges and prioritize impactful features.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to deliver production-ready designs.
• Contribute to a consistent visual and interaction design language.
• Conduct and analyze user testing to inform design improvements.
• Lead or support design workshops to align teams and refine solutions.
• Present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Must Haves:

• Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and development handoff.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with agile workflows.
• Portfolio showcasing interaction design, prototypes, and design process.
• Proven ability to integrate user needs with empathy and insight.
• Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
• Able to work on-site in Irving, TX 5x a week.
