Your Responsibilities

What does it take to succeed in this fast-paced role? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Delivering packages efficiently and safely.
• Lifting packages up to 70 lbs.
• Adhering to UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.
• Providing excellent customer service with a smile!

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• To pass the DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you’ll work between 8 to 10 hours per day . Your workdays may vary, typically from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic starting point at UPS! Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent positions, which come with even more benefits. Full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including:

• $0 healthcare premiums.
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation.
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan.
