Position Overview

Osners FC is seeking a part time skilled and tech-savvy Videographer and Live Stream Specialist to manage the live streaming of our soccer games across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and our official website. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) to produce high-quality, multi-platform broadcasts. This role combines technical proficiency with creative vision to ensure our matches and related content captivate audiences and enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Streaming : Set up, manage, and operate OBS software to stream live soccer games across multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Video Capture : Film games and other team-related events, ensuring high-quality video output with clear visuals and sound.
• Technical Setup : Prepare and troubleshoot all necessary streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and internet connectivity.
• Content Optimization : Format live streams and video content to align with the requirements and best practices of each platform.
• Post-Production : Edit recorded content for highlights, promotional videos, and social media clips when required.
• Platform Integration : Maintain and update streaming schedules, links, and embeds on our website and social media.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and implement strategies to grow viewership and engagement.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor live streams for performance issues and ensure professional-quality broadcasts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer or live stream operator.
• Proficiency with OBS or similar live streaming software.
• Familiarity with multi-platform streaming tools like Restream or Streamlabs.
• Strong understanding of video equipment, including cameras, tripods, and audio setups.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live broadcasts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, as required by game schedules.

Credentials

• Certification or training in videography, broadcasting, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• A portfolio of previous videography or live-streaming projects is highly desirable.

Hourly Wage

• Entry-Level : $20$25/hour (13 years of experience).
• Mid-Level : $25$35/hour (47 years of experience).
