We’re looking for window and door installers who are proud of the work they do and the products they install! As an Installer for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will work with industry leading products and services. You must be dedicated to working with individual homeowners to provide a world-class customer service experience. By installing windows and doors of all shapes, sizes, and styles you will not only transform the aesthetic of the home, but the functionality and energy efficiency as well. We’re offering year round work, benefits, and a world class training program. Responsibilities Practice safe and efficient demolition and completion of the installation project. Perform walkthroughs with customers before and after the project to explain what will happen throughout the day. Preparation of windows, doors, and existing openings such as taping, caulking, and cleaning. Exterior and Interior finish work on all products. Working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site. Qualifications Experience working in construction, a trade, window installation, or similar. Experience working with a metal brake and power tools. Customer service experience preferred. A proven track record of superior craftsmanship. A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.
