The Window & Door Installer is responsible for the installation and warranty service for window and door products. The Installer works under the general direction of the Window & Door Department Supervisor. Day to Day Analyzes jobsite prior to beginning a job to ensure that quality installation/repairs can be done. Repairs assigned warranty products using the appropriate tools. Inspect window and/or door for defects prior to installation. Track and monitor inventory supplies monthly. Position may require pushing, lifting, carrying and moving material in excess of 100 lbs. Create and support a safe work environment. Ensure that customers are treated respectfully. React to problems and customer complaints in a patient and understanding manner. Skill Set 1+ years of previous experience installing and repairing windows and doors is required. Strong knowledge of building materials and tools. Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work under time constraints. Possess strong math skills. Ability to follow directions both written and verbal.
