Go Eco HVAC & Smart Home Solutions is looking for highly motivated Appointment Setters to join our fast-growing team. Whether you prefer knocking doors or working the phones from home, this role gives you unmatched earning potential and total schedule flexibility.

This is not a hard-closing sales job – you simply set qualified appointments for our sales advisors. We handle the presentations and closing.

The Pay (highest in the market):

• $30 per qualified lead

• $1,000 commission when your lead converts to a sale

• Average setters earn $1,800–$2,200 per week ; top performers $3,000+ weekly

Your Role:

• Engage with homeowners either door-to-door in Las Vegas area OR by phone from home

• Build interest in energy-efficient HVAC and smart home upgrades

• Book appointments for our licensed sales team (no closing required)

• Track leads and coordinate with the office

We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, confident communicators

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

• Sales/canvassing experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right people
