As a diversified, national organization, you'll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Position Purpose:** Responsible for the administrative duties that support the internal learning management system, Workday Learning. ***The Workday LMS Administrator (HRIS) position is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. *** **Responsibilities:** + Support the technical management of the learning system to include content uploads, servicing support and incident tickets, creating dynamic enrollments, and troubleshooting as appropriate + Maintain and continuously improve the adoption of documented system processes, procedures and practices + Test learning content for proper functionality and consult with content owners as appropriate + Support other Learning Management System administrators with projects and initiatives, enhancements and general system functionality + Ensure Learning Management System standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and followed **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of learning and development experience, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies. Experience in a healthcare/managed care setting preferred. Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
