We are seeking a highly skilled <\/span> Power BI Architect <\/span><\/b> with strong experience in <\/span> QlikView <\/span><\/b> to lead end -to -end BI solution design, implementation, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in <\/span> data modelling, dashboard architecture, and stakeholder requirement gathering <\/span><\/b> , along with strong leadership in driving enterprise analytics initiatives. <\/span>

Power BI Architecture & Development <\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/h3>

• Design, develop, and implement <\/span> enterprise -grade Power BI solutions <\/span><\/b> including data models, DAX calculations, dashboards, and reports. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Build scalable <\/span> semantic data models <\/span><\/b> using best practices in performance tuning and data relationships. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Establish Power BI architecture standards, governance, deployment pipelines, and workspace management. <\/span>
  <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

  Migration & QlikView Expertise <\/span><\/b>
  <\/span><\/h3>

  • Lead BI modernization initiatives including <\/span> migration from QlikView to Power BI <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Analyze QlikView dashboards, scripts, and models to rebuild equivalent or improved solutions in Power BI. <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide expert guidance on optimizing the transition strategy and reducing technical debt. <\/span>

    Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management <\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/h3>

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document <\/span> analytics requirements <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Translate business needs into technical solutions and data models. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and design review sessions with senior leadership. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Data Engineering & Integration <\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/h3>

      • Work with data engineering teams on <\/span> data pipelines, ETL processes, Azure services, SQL, and source integrations <\/span><\/b> . <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting layers. <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Leadership & Best Practices <\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/h3>

        • Define BI development standards, reusable templates, naming conventions, and governance practices. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Mentor junior developers and guide cross -functional teams on BI processes. <\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Support architecture roadmaps for enterprise analytics platforms. <\/span>

          Requirements <\/h3>

          Required Skills & Qualifications <\/span><\/b>
          <\/h2>

          • 10–15 years <\/b> of overall experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.
            <\/li>
          • Minimum 5+ years in Power BI <\/b> , with expert -level DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design.
            <\/li>
          • Strong experience in QlikView development (scripting, UI, data modelling)<\/b> .
            <\/li>
          • Proven success in requirement gathering <\/b> , stakeholder interaction, and solution architecture.
            <\/li>
          • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
            <\/li>
          • Experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Gateway, and deployment pipelines <\/b> .
            <\/li>
          • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
            <\/li>
          • Experience working in enterprise environments <\/b> with complex data ecosystems. <\/li><\/ul>

            Preferred Qualifications <\/span><\/b>
            <\/h2>

            • Experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, ADF, or similar cloud data tools <\/b> .
              <\/li>
            • Exposure to Power Automate <\/b> and integration with Power Platform.
              <\/li>
            • Prior experience in consulting or client -facing roles <\/b> .
              <\/li>
            • Certifications like Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL -300)<\/b> or Azure Data Engineer <\/b> .
