Compensation: Starting at $65,000/year + Generous Triple Split Commission.
A fast-growing staffing company is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead one of our key locations in the Las Vegas area. This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on business development, client acquisition, and driving branch growth. We’re looking for someone who thrives on winning new business and building long-term client relationships and have a strong understanding of supply chain, operations, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive Business Development: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within the logistics, supply chain, operations, and last-mile delivery sectors.
· Own the Sales Funnel: Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and cold calling to site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
· Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their workforce needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
· Collaborate with Recruiting Teams: Partner closely with recruiters to ensure client needs are met quickly and effectively with qualified talent.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience (supply chain, operations, logistics, and last-mile delivery).
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
· Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Comfortable with outbound outreach and in-person client visits.
· Familiarity with ATS platforms (TempWorks a plus), CRM tools, and digital communication systems.
